MEMBERS - SERBIA

           Consortium Member 2 (CM2) - University of Kragujevac, Faculty of Economics, Serbia, Coordinator (Partner Country), is a partner expanding in economics. This Faculty has 3 organization units in Kragujevac, Vrnjačka Banja and Novi Pazar with approximately 5.000 students on four study years. There are 123 people employed at the Faculty of Economics. It is the first Faculty in Serbia which introduced new sub courses for Entrepreneurship, Stock exchange and Tourism and Management. The Curriculum has been redesigned into the following undergraduate study programs: (1 ) Economics, (2) Stock Exchange Operation, (3) Accounting and Financial Management, (4)Tourism and Hotel Management, (5) Marketing, (6) Entrepreneurship, (7) International Management, (8) Trade Management, (9) Business Information Systems. Those programs are excellent basis for rationalization of the postgraduate studies in business management and economics. (www.ekfak.kg.ac.rs)

           Consortium Member 7 (CM7)  - University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics, Serbia, is partner in Serbia widely experienced in Economics. University of Belgrade is an institution with a long tradition dating back from 1838. Today, this university is comprised of 31 faculties and 8 institutes, with 78 000 enrolled students thought by around 2500 teachers. It is the oldest faculty of economics in Serbia, founded as long back as in 1937. The Faculty has a large number of teachers and associates (about 120 fully employed), as well as a significant number of administrative staff members (71). Total number of students at undergraduate studies is around 8300. Upon the enacting of the Law on High Education, which complies to the principles of the Bologna Declaration, the Curriculum of the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade has been redesigned into the following undergraduate study programs: (1)Economics Analysis and Policy, (2)Statistics, Informatics and Quantitative Finance, (3)Finance, Banking and Insurance, (4)Accounting, Auditing and Financial Management, (5)International Economics and Foreign Trade, (6)Trade Management and Marketing, (7)Marketing, (8)Management, (9)Tourism and Hotel Management/Industry. Their participation in this project enables us to expect synergic effect in the realization of objectives

           Consortium Member 8 (CM8) - University of Nis, Faculty of Economics, Serbia, is a partner with background similar to the one of the University of Kragujevac. It was established in 1960. This Faculty has four studies programs: Management, Accounting, auditing and financial management, Finance, banking and insurance and General economy, with implementation of ECTS. There are 79 teachers and 35 administrative staff who are employed at Faculty. Every year almost 4000 students are enrolled in the undergraduate studies. The Faculty of Economics has developed a rich and fruitful international cooperation with numerous universities from EU and its neighborhood
